titleOfInvention | A kind of industrialized straw cracking regeneration high-quality fiber biological feed processing method |
abstract | The invention provides an industrialized method for processing straw cracking and regenerating high-quality fiber biological feed. The crushed or pulverized raw materials for straw production are sent to the cooking tank through the plunger screw, and the high-pressure steam is introduced into the cooking tank for the initial cooking and cracking. Fibrous, the fibrous straw raw material after cooking, cracking and grinding is discharged to the cracking tank through the plunger screw, and the cracked fibrous feed raw material is mixed with the feed fermentation nutrient, and then the straw containing the nutrient and the water content of 30-70% is mixed. The fibrous wet feed is connected to the selected microbial flora for fermentation again to produce nutrient-rich high-quality straw fiber biofeed, which is then directly wet packaged or fermented. The invention realizes the combination of industrial cracking and biological fermentation, greatly improves the digestion and utilization rate of straw with high degree of lignin by animals, and overcomes the deficiencies of processing and degradation of straw feed such as ammoniation and microbial yellow storage. |
