The cell composition includes a glass substrate, an FTO layer as an anode, and a ZnO seed layer, ZnO nanorod skeleton layer, organic PCBM layer, perovskite layer, Spiro-MeOTAD hole transport layer, and Au film layer as the cathode of the battery. The preparation method of the invention is simple and convenient, the reaction condition requirement is low, the effect is remarkable, and the problem of performance stability can also be overcome to a certain extent while maintaining high efficiency.
