abstract | The present invention relates to a kind of polyacrylonitrile fibre of low temperature dyeing and preparation method thereof, the fiber is made up of 50~99wt% polymer A and 1~50wt% two kinds of components of Inorganic whisker high molecular polymer B, it is 85~100wt% acrylonitrile in polymer A, 0~5wt% Third monomers and 0~10% copolymerizable other monomers, Inorganic whisker high molecular polymer B is 40~90wt% polymer C and 10~60wt% inorganic, metal oxide or the compound of metal inorganic silicate nanometer particle, it is 10~70wt% acrylonitrile in polymer C, 10~55wt% second comonomers, 3~30wt% Third monomers and 1~5% the 4th monomer containing methylol or epoxy radicals.The low temperature dyeing polyacrylonitrile fibre that the present invention is provided is in normal dyeing at less than 80 DEG C, and dyeing relative saturation value is up to 0.4 or more than 0.4. |
