abstract | A preparation method for high-base-number crystalline calcium sulfonate comprises the following steps: adopting amorphous high-base-number calcium sulfonate as a raw material, adding a transforming agent under the existence of lower alcohol and water, heating, uniformly mixture, introducing carbon dioxide to enable all amorphous calcium carbonate micelles in the amorphous high-base-number calcium sulfonate to be converted into crystalline calcite micelles to obtain a product (high-base-number crystalline calcium sulfonate). The preparation method has the advantages that the process is simple, the operation is convenient, the applicability is high, the requirements on the raw material of the amorphous high-base-number calcium sulfonate is not high, the preparation method is suitable for any high-base-number calcium sulfonate, and the problem in selectivity of different conversion systems to conversion of calcium sulfonate is solved; the product structure adopts the calcite crystallization form, and is stable; the product is high in extreme pressure property and thickening capability; all indexes of the product can meet the requirements. |
