titleOfInvention Aluminum stearate and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention relates to an aluminum stearate and a preparation method thereof. The aluminum stearate is composed of the following components in parts by weight: 8-12 parts of stearic acid, 8-12 parts of aluminum trichloride and 0.2-0.4 part of catalyst. The aluminum stearate is prepared by a one-step preparation process in a kneader. The C18 content in the stearic acid is 40% or above, and the aluminum content (aluminum purity) in the aluminum trichloride is up to 95% or above. The catalyst adopts oxydol or ammonia water. The preparation method comprises the following steps: adopting a purchasable kneader, proportionally adding all the components into the kneader, and kneading for 1.6-2.4 hours while controlling the temperature at 80-100 DEG C. The aluminum stearate has the characteristics of wide raw material sources, simple preparation technique and the like, and can be conveniently and safely used in medical industry.
