titleOfInvention | Broken-line groove cable arrangement device |
abstract | The invention relates to a broke-line groove cable arrangement device. The broke-line groove cable arrangement device comprises a left support, a right support, a horizontal guide shaft, a bidirectional broke-line screw, a movable frame, a movement and guide device and a manual clutch. The horizontal guide shaft is arranged on the lower portion of the left support and the lower portion of the right support and fixed to a shaft shoulder through a shaft end baffle. The bidirectional broke-line screw is arranged on the upper portion of the left support and the upper portion of the right support. The movable frame is connected to the bidirectional broke-line screw and the horizontal guide shaft. The movement and guide device is arranged on the movable frame and connected with the bidirectional broke-line screw in a matched mode. The manual clutch is arranged on the bidirectional broke-line screw. According to the broke-line groove cable arrangement device, a linear groove and spiral groove combined mode is adopted for the bidirectional broke-line screw, three rhombus guide sliding blocks are adopted for the movement and guide device to slide on grooves, and it is guaranteed that a rolling bearing enters a right groove rail at the interaction positions of forward grooves and reverse grooves; a broke-line groove cable arrangement mode is adopted, and the device is compact in structure, easy to machine and capable of well solving the cable winding problem. |
