titleOfInvention | Preparation method of honey-fried codonopsis pilosula medicinal slices |
abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method of honey-fried codonopsis pilosula medicinal slices. The preparation method of the honey-fried codonopsis pilosula medicinal slices comprises the following steps of (1) drying fresh codonopsis pilosula medicinal materials at the temperature of 70-90 DEG C until the water content of the codonopsis pilosula medicinal materials reaches 30%-70% and cutting off the dried codonopsis pilosula medicinal materials to obtain fresh codonopsis pilosula slices; (2) moistening the fresh codonopsis pilosula slices in processed honey for 2-24 hours under the condition that the mass ratio of the processed honey to the fresh codonopsis pilosula slices is (1-5): 10; (3) paving the moistened codonopsis pilosula slices, heating the codonopsis pilosula slices in a microwave manner and stirring the codonopsis pilosula slices at time intervals of 1 minute; and (4) drying the slices which are heated in the microwave manner until the slices are dry, taking out the slices and airing the slices at room temperature so as to obtain the honey-fried codonopsis pilosula medicinal slices. Compared with the prior art, the preparation method has the advantages that the medicinal materials are cut off easily and the thicknesses of the slices can be uniform under the condition of the adjusted water content, and the danger of mildewing and deterioration of the medicinal materials can be avoided. |
