abstract | The invention provides a suspending agent containing a low-melting-point pesticide and a preparation method of the suspending agent. The suspending agent comprises components, by weight: 10-50% of effective ingredients of the low-melting-point pesticide, 2-6% of a dispersant, 2-4% of a wetting agent, 0.5-4% of white carbon black, 0.1-1% of magnesium alumina silicate, 1-3% of a stabilizing agent, and 1-5% of an antifreezing agent, with the balance being deionized water. The preparation method comprises: adding the low-melting-point pesticide, the dispersant, the wetting agent, and the stabilizing agent into a reaction kettle; performing heating to enable the low-melting-point pesticide to be melt; uniformly stirring the mixture to obtain an oil phase; uniformly mixing the oil phase and the water phase; and performing slow cooling under a situation of high-speed shearing to obtain the stable suspending agent containing the low-melting-point pesticide. Compared to the prior art, an environment-friendly preparation of the suspending agent containing the low-melting-point pesticide is provided; and the problem that an existing low-melting-point pesticide can be only processed into a missible oil, a micron emulsion, and an emulsion in water is overcome. No organic solvent or cosolvent is used, so that discharge of the organic solvent or cosolvent is avoided. The pollution is reduced, and resources are saved. |
