The control method comprises the following steps: 1, ecological management: applying HYT (high yield technology) or Difulai microorganism fertilizer so as to improve soil physical and chemical properties, improve soil fertility and enhance the absorbing ability of rice roots; 2, agricultural control; 3, biological control; 4, biological prevention; 5, physical control; 6, chemical control: adding water to 20 percent of saisentong suspending agent or 20 percent of thiediazole copper suspending agent, and spraying the saisentong suspending agent or the thiediazole copper suspending agent to a diseased rice field parcel and surrounding rice field parcels of the diseased rice field parcel after a center disease plant is discovered, wherein the Pseudomonas avenae Manns is controlled every 7 to 10 days, and is controlled for 2 to 3 consecutive times. The Pseudomonas avenae Manns can be effectively controlled, and meanwhile, integrated control is performed by adopting measures of the agricultural control, the physical control and the like so as to reduce the average incidence of the Pseudomonas avenae Manns, therefore the yield is increased; the grade of rice is obviously increased; good economic benefit is obtained. |
