abstract |
The present invention discloses a vaccine comprising a carbohydrate antigen combined with diphtheria toxin (DT) as a carrier protein, wherein the number ratio of carbohydrate antigen molecules to carrier protein molecules is higher than 5:1. Also disclosed herein is a novel saponin adjuvant and method of inhibiting cancer cells by administering an effective amount of the vaccines disclosed herein. |
