abstract This method is related to reduce the method for forming 1,1,1,2,2 pentafluoropropane in 2 chlorine, 3,3,3 trifluoro propene and liquid phase reactors of the HF in the presence of hydrofluorinating catalyst as far as possible, including:(a)HF and 2 chlorine, 3,3,3 trifluoro propene of q.s is made to be effectively formed 2 chlorine 1 in the presence of hydrofluorinating catalyst, react under conditions of 1,1,2 tetrafluoropropane, the hydrofluorinating catalyst is present with the amount that be enough to be catalyzed the reaction, and 2 chlorine 1,1,1,2 tetrafluoropropanes with the conversion ratio more than 80% and less than 20% 1,1,1,2,2 pentafluoropropanes are selectively formed;With(b)Kept by adding the hydrofluorinating catalyst in the reactor with little increment with selectively formed 2 chlorine, 1,1,1,2 tetrafluoropropane of 1,1,1,2,2 pentafluoropropanes of about 80% or higher conversion ratio and about 20% or lower.
