abstract | The invention provides an immune colloidal gold infiltration method and kit for detecting antigenic matters in a biological sample. The method comprises the steps of enabling a to-be-detected sample, colloidal gold which is combined with a first antibody acting on antigenic matter specificity and a reaction zone of a detecting plate which is fixedly provided with a second antibody acting on the antigenic matter specificity to be in contact with one another, then enabling a protein fixing agent to be in contact with the reaction zone, and later on, determining the existence and the quantity of the antigenic matters in the sample by detecting an optical signal of the reaction zone by a photoelectric detection device. According to the method and the kit, provided by the invention, the waiting time for detection is prolonged by utilizing the protein fixing agent, and the convenience and the application range of a colloidal gold detection method are increased. |
