titleOfInvention Salmonella enteritidis ssrAB gene-deleted strain
abstract The invention discloses a salmonella enteritidis ssrAB gene deletion strain, which is a deletion strain with 915 base pairs in total from 689 th amino acid of ssrA gene to 63 th amino acid of ssrB gene. The invention also discloses a construction method of the salmonella enteritidis ssrAB gene deletion strain, which comprises the following steps: (1) acquiring SN and SC genes of ssrAB, and connecting upstream and downstream homology arms by using an OverLap PCR; (2) constructing a recombinant suicide plasmid pWM 91-ssrAB; (3) solid phase conjugation of bacteria; (4) screening and obtaining of G9-2012 (. DELTA.ssrAB). The G9-2012 (delta ssrAB) strain has the beneficial effects of reducing the colonization rate in vivo and obviously weakening the toxicity, and can be used for developing salmonella enteritidis attenuated live vaccines or live vector vaccines, so as to reduce the probability of infecting pathogenic bacteria to human beings or animals and ensure the health of human beings.
