titleOfInvention High-early-strength cement-based filling material for semi-flexible composite pavements
abstract The invention discloses a high-early-strength cement-based filling material for semi-flexible composite pavements. The high-early-strength cement-based filling material comprises the following components in percentages by weight: 42% to 52% of portland cement, 3% to 5% of expanding agent, 0.2% to 0.6% of ganister sand, 0 to 0.6% of polymer emulsion powder, 30% to 40% of quartz fine sand, 0.15% to 0.3% of high-performance water reducing agent, 0.003% to 0.006% of stabilizer, 0.05% to 0.15% of defoaming agent and 13% to 18% of water. The material disclosed by the invention has the advantages of self-leveling, high thixotropy, high early strength (more than 35 MPa at 1d compressive strength and more than 7.0 MPa at 1d breaking strength) and high volume stability, is filled in gaps of porous open-graded bituminous mixture, and is high quick construction; the opening time of traffic is greatly shortened; and the track resistance, weather resistance and the like of the bituminous pavement material can be obviously improved.
