titleOfInvention Anoectochilus roxburghii seedling propagation expanding method
abstract The invention relates to an anoectochilus roxburghii seedling propagation expanding method. The method comprises the steps of explant culturing and grafting, high-efficiency propagation expanding through a shaking table, growing culture in a solid culture medium, rooting culture in the solid culture medium, seedling hardening and planting. MS macroelements and MS microelements are adopted for acting on mineral nutrition of culture; sugar serving as a carbon source of plant cells provides a source for building up cellulose, and forms a certain degree of osmotic pressure on the culture medium, so that the culture starts growing; 6-BA serving as cytokinin promotes new bud fission of plants; NAA serving as an induction factor is used cooperatively with the 6-BA; KT serving as kinetin prevents the plants from being vitrified. The steps of the propagation expanding method are simple, the production cycle is greatly shortened compared with that of a traditional technology, cost is low, the process is environmentally friendly and free from pollution, the method is suitable for industrialization production, the seedling cultivation efficiency of anoectochilus roxburghii can be improved greatly, and the quality of anoectochilus roxburghii products in the whole market can be improved.
