According to the invention, the micro-moist band is provided with the three-layer structure which are respectively the semi-permeable membrane layer capable of enabling internal moisture to overflow slowly, the non-woven fabric layer for external protection and the supporting layer disposed in the middle for strength enhancement and compression resistance, such that green plants in a saline-alkali land can be irrigated, the micro-moist band also has an anti-blocking effect, by regular use of high-pressure currents, a control valve of a silt drain hole is started, silt in the micro-moist band is discharged, the supporting layer is arranged for improving the compression-resistant capability, and when a ground surface heavy type machine is pressed at a distance 30 centimeters away from a closing position, the micro-moist band is not deformed.
