titleOfInvention | Application of storax and cell bath lotion mixture in restraining Kir2.1 outward currents |
abstract | The invention discloses application of a storax and cell bath lotion mixture in restraining Kir2.1 outward currents. The mixture comprises storax and cell bath lotion, and the volume ratio of the storax to the cell bath lotion is 1:10-500. The pH value of the cell bath lotion ranges from 7.2 to 7.4, and osmotic pressure is adjusted to range from 290 mOsm/L to 310 mOsm/L through saccharose. The mixture is used for hatching cells of mutant D172N and E299V channel protein with Kir2.1 expressed, and the outward currents can be effectively restrained. The ratio of restraining the outward currents of Kir2.1 single-point mutant D172N and E299V is 100 percent through the mixture of the storax and the cell bath lotion, the half effective inhibition concentrations are 0.01653 and 0.01224 (the volume ratio of the storax and the cell bath lotion), and a door is opened for studying effective therapeutic of short QT3 syndromes. |
