titleOfInvention A method for adjusting the white light spectrum of a white organic electroluminescent diode
abstract The invention discloses a method for adjusting the white light spectrum of a white OLED, which uses the difference between the highest occupied orbital (HOMO) energy level or the lowest unoccupied orbital (LUMO) energy level and the HOMO energy level or LUMO energy level of the host material As an ultra-thin functional layer, the material is inserted into the light-emitting layer of the white OLED to change the light weight of a certain color, thereby adjusting the white light spectrum of the white OLED. The intensity of adjusting the white light spectrum of the white OLED varies with the thickness of the ultra-thin functional layer. The host material includes an electron transport type host material and a hole transport type host material. Ultra-thin functional layer materials mainly include electron transport materials and hole transport materials. The method of the invention can simply and effectively adjust the white light spectrum of the white OLED by utilizing the thickness of the ultra-thin functional layer, especially has a very ideal effect on adjusting the white light spectrum of the white OLED based on the ultra-thin non-doped light-emitting layer.
