abstract | The invention discloses an aurora video classification method based on a tensor dynamic texture model and mainly solves the problems that in the prior art, aurora videos cannot be classified directly, and only single frame operation can be carried out, so that classification accuracy and classification efficiency are low. The method comprises the following realization steps: 1) obtaining a training aurora video and a test aurora video; 2) extracting a mixture observation matrix of the training aurora video and the test aurora video; 3) carrying out optimization on the mixture observation matrix of the training aurora video and the test aurora video; 4) training a support vector machine through the optimum mixture observation matrix of the training aurora video and obtaining an SVM classifier; and 5) carrying out classification on the test aurora video through the SVM classifier. The method can realize automatic computer classification of the existing four kinds of aurora videos, has the advantage of high classification accuracy, and can be used for aurora video feature extraction and computer image identification. |
