titleOfInvention | Hot primary air waste heat utilization device coupled with air heater system in use |
abstract | The invention relates to a hot primary air waste heat utilization device coupled with an air heater system in use. A hot primary air cooler and a control damper are installed in a hot primary air channel at an outlet of a boiler air preheater. A bypass air channel is connected with an outlet air channel and an inlet air channel of the cooler in parallel. Another control damper is arranged in the bypass air channel. Heat transfer power is adjusted by adjusting the two control dampers in the bypass air channel and in a main air channel. The hot primary air cooler is connected with a water inlet main pipe and a water return main pipe. By means of the technology, when the device operates in summer, primary air waste heat returns to a low-pressure heating system to squeeze and pump steam, working of a steam turbine is increased, the amount of air flowing through the air preheater is increased, smoke exhaust temperature of a boiler is lowered, and circulating efficiency of a unit is improved. In winter, the amount of auxiliary steam of a steam air heater can be partly replaced, and circulating efficiency of the unit is improved. Compared with a traditional air heater, on the premise that smoke exhaust temperature is not increased, wall temperature at the cold end of the air preheater is greatly increased, dust accumulation and corrosion of the air preheater can be relieved, and the boiler efficiency is improved. |
