titleOfInvention Variable-gap sealing type hydraulic cylinder of guide system
abstract The invention relates to a variable-gap sealing type hydraulic cylinder of a guide system. According to the technical scheme, a guide sleeve (4) is composed of a large cylinder and a small cylinder as a whole. Two to three uniform pressure grooves (2) are evenly formed in the inner wall of the guide sleeve (4). An arc gap (17) is formed in the outer circle of a first O-shaped sealing element (3) of the guide sleeve (4). The depth of the arc of the arc gap (17) is 0.5-0.6 of the diameter of the cross section of the first O-shaped sealing element (3). The radius R of the arc of the arc gap (17) is 1/2-2/3 of the diameter of the cross section of the first O-shaped sealing element (3). A second O-shaped sealing element (6) is arranged on the end face of the small cylinder of the guide sleeve (4). An outer annular oil leakage groove (13) is formed in the cylindrical surface of a gland (12). An inner annular oil leakage groove (11) is formed in the inner wall of the gland (12). An oil leakage channel (9) formed in the bottom of the outer annular oil leakage groove (13) is communicated with the inner annular oil leakage groove (11) and oil leakage holes (8) in a cylinder body (14). The variable-gap sealing type hydraulic cylinder is characterized in that the structure is simple, maintenance is convenient, friction force is small, the frequency response speed is high, the reliability is high, the service life is long, and the leakage amount is small.
