The invention discloses a safe and non-toxic food preservative which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 6-8 parts of capsicum extract, 11-14 parts of garlic extract, 8-10 parts of epsilon-polylysine, 4-7 parts of sorbic acid, 6-8 parts of dehydroacetic acid, 7-10 parts of nisin, 1.2-2 parts of phenylmalonic acid sodium salt, 5-8 parts of clove oil, 1-3 parts of sodium propionate, 2 -4 parts of starch, 5-8.4 parts of malic acid, 0.5-3 parts of lactic acid and 6-8 parts of starch. The food preservative provided by the invention is good in preservative effect, high in bactericidal capacity, safe and non-toxic, and especially suitable for meat products. |
