abstract | Disclosed herein is the method for the amount for reducing antimony flame-retardant compound in fire-retardant combination, it includes the filler being used as calcium oxide or talcum with the combination of calcium oxide in composition, wherein, said composition is included:The polyester of (a) by weight 30% to 80%;The brominated flame retardant compound of (b) by weight 3% to 30%;The antimony flame-retardant compound of (c) by weight 0.1% to 5%;The filler of the combination comprising calcium oxide or talcum and calcium oxide of (d) by weight 0.01% to 5%;And wherein:I () said composition meets or more than the requirement of UL94 V2;(ii) compared with comprising component (a), (b), (c) but composition not comprising (d), less antimony flame-retardant compound is present in the composition comprising (a), (b), (c) and (d);(iii) compared with the CTI comprising component (a), (b), (c) but composition not comprising (d), the phase ratio creepage tracking index (CTI) of the corresponding composition comprising (a), (b), (c) and (d) is identical or larger;And wherein, percetage by weight is the gross weight based on composition.Also disclose the composition and the product from it prepared by this method. |
