abstract | Describe the ziegler natta catalyst of improvement and the manufacture method of the improved catalysts.The ziegler natta catalyst utilizes spherical MgCl 2 XROH carriers are formed, wherein R is straight chain, ring-type or branched-chain hydrocarbons unit with 1 10 carbon atoms and wherein ROH is the mixture of alcohol or at least two different alcohol, wherein x has about 1.5 to 6.0 scope, preferably from about 2.5 to 4, more preferably from about 2.9 to 3.4, and even more preferably 2.95 to 3.35.The ziegler natta catalyst includes 48 group 4 transition metals and the internal donor comprising diether compounds.The catalyst has improved active and good stereospecificity and hydrogen-sensitivity in olefinic polyreaction, and can be used for producing acrylic polymers without phthalic acid ester of the molecular weight distribution (PI (GPC)) in the range of about 5.75 to about 9. |
