The outer sheath is wrapped outside the inner-liner layer; the inner-liner layer is wrapped outside the thermal insulation layer; the thermal insulation layer is wrapped outside the insulating layer; and insulating layer is wrapped outside the conductor I and the conductor II; and the outer sheath is provided with a coating layer. The coating layer is at least one oxide powder of aluminium oxide, lanthanum oxide, beryllium oxide, calcium oxide, zirconium oxide, uranium oxide, magnesium oxide, cerium oxide, thorium oxide, silicon dioxide and titanium dioxide, or a mixture of two or more than two kinds of the oxide powders above, thereby guaranteeing fire resistance of the cable; and meanwhile, a packing layer is made of aerogel cotton blanket and asbestos material, so that fire resistance and anti-compression capability are further enhanced.
