titleOfInvention | Azospirillum brasilense R fermentation medium capable of realizing high yield of ammonia and indoleacetic acid and application of azospirillum brasilense R fermentation medium |
abstract | The invention relates to an azospirillum brasilense R fermentation medium capable of realizing high yield of ammonia and indoleacetic acid and application of the azospirillum brasilense R fermentation medium, and aims to effectively solve the problem that ammonia and indoleacetic acid can realize high yield by the same culture medium. The azospirillum brasilense R fermentation medium is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 0.25-1% of yeast powder, 0.5-2% of soybean meal, 0.1-1.0% of NaCl, 0.001-0.005% of CuSO4, 0.01-0.15% of tryptophan and balance of water. The azospirillum brasilense R fermentation medium is prepared through the following steps: dissolving tryptophan by a 0.01M NaOH solution, and filtering through a 0.22-micron filter membrane for removing bacteria, so as to obtain a tryptophan solution with the mass concentration of 10.2115%; and uniformly mixing yeast powder, soybean meal, NaCl, CuSO4 and water, sterilizing for 30 min at the temperature of 121 DEG C, cooling to room temperature, adding the tryptophan solution to be mixed uniformly, and adjusting the pH to be 7.0-9.0 through hydrochloric acid or NaOH. The fermentation medium provided by the invention and culture conditions are simple, the operation is simple, the production cost is low, the yields of ammonia and indoleacetic acid are high, industrial production is facilitated, energy conservation and environment friendliness are realized and economic and social benefits are high. |
