The health wine disclosed by the invention has the beneficial effects that medicinal components of Chinese herbal medicines are sufficiently extracted; the health wine has the effects of nourishing liver and kidney, resisting aging, increasing immunity and the like; meanwhile, special equipment is unnecessary in the brewing method disclosed by the invention; the brewing method is few in step, simple and easy to operate; due to a percolation process, the puree wine is sufficiently contacted with the Chinese herbal medicines; therefore, energy is saved; and the utilization rate of raw materials is also increased.
