titleOfInvention | Cerium and terbium mono-doped/codoped yttrium sodium phosphate fluorescent powder, and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses a cerium and terbium mono-doped/codoped yttrium sodium phosphate fluorescent powder. General chemical formula of the cerium and terbium mono-doped/codoped yttrium sodium phosphate fluorescent powder is Na3Y2(1-x-y)(PO4)3:xCe<3+>, yTb<3+>, wherein 0≤x≤0.1, 0≤y≤0.2, and x and y are not used for representing zero at the same time. The invention also provides a preparation method of the cerium and terbium mono-doped/codoped yttrium sodium phosphate fluorescent powder. According to the preparation method, based on stoichiometric ratio, a corresponding carbonate or an corresponding oxide of Na and Y, an ammonium salt of phosphoric acid, and an oxide or a nitrate of Ce and Tb are uniformly mixed, and are grinded; alcohol or acetone is added for secondary grinding; an obtained mixture is delivered into a corundum crucible, and the corundum crucible is delivered into a high temperature furnace for high-temperature calcination under reducing atmosphere; and an obtained product is cooled and grinded into powder so as to obtain the cerium and terbium mono-doped/codoped yttrium sodium phosphate fluorescent powder. The cerium and terbium mono-doped/codoped yttrium sodium phosphate fluorescent powder is capable of emitting adjustable light from blue to green under ultraviolet excitation; blue light is emitted via mono-doping of Ce3+, green light is emitted via mono-doping of Tb3+, green light is emitted via codoping of Ce3+ and Tb3+, and the intensity of green light obtained via codoping is higher than that of green light obtained via mono-doping of Tb3+. |
