titleOfInvention Detection method of rice sphingolipid
abstract The invention provides a detection method of rice sphingolipid. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps: (1) charging 1ml of flow phase B into a sample dried by nitrogen, oscillating for one minute, and ultrasonically treating for one minute; (2) filtering a sample solution by utilizing a 0.22-micrometer nylon film; (3) taking 200 microliters of sample solution, and placing the sample solution into a spectrum sample feeding bottle; (4) analyzing the rice sphingolipid by utilizing a high-performance liquid phase and mass spectrometry technology. The flow phase B is a mixture of methanol, formic acid and ammonium formate, the volume percentage concentration of the formic acid is 0.2 percent, the concentration of ammonium formate is 2mM, and the remaining is methanol. The method is higher in accuracy and sensitivity and capble of more accurately qualitatively and quantitatively analyzing the rice sphingolipid.
