A preparation method is simple and comprises the following steps of (1) weighing raw materials and auxiliary materials as follows: the desloratadine, the zinc gluconate, the film-forming material, the filling agent, the plasticizer, the sweetening agent and the like; (2) wetting the desloratadine by using the plasticizer, mixing the zinc gluconate, the film-forming material, the filling agent, the plasticizer and the sweetening agent in the desloratadine, adding solvent water in the mixture, uniformly stirring the mixture and standing; (3) adding appropriate essence and a color enhancing agent in the mixture after the mixture is swelled completely, uniformly stirring the mixture and standing for a period of time; and (4) coating the mixture and drying the mixture to obtain the compound medicine composition. The compound medicine composition for treating the anaphylactic rhinitis tastes good, a patient does not need to drink water when orally taking the compound medicine composition, and medication compliance of the patient is improved; and the compound medicine composition can be dissolved quickly in the oral cavity of the patient, parts of medicines can be absorbed by oral mucosa of the patient, and a first-pass effect and gastrointestinal tract side effects are avoided to a certain degree. Moreover, the preparation method of the compound oral water-soluble film is simple, consumed time is short, and the cost is low.
