titleOfInvention Methyl mercaptan detection reagent and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention discloses a methyl mercaptan detection reagent and a preparation method thereof and belongs to the technical field of gas detection. The reagent comprises the following components in parts by weight: 15 to 25 parts of aminophenol dimethylaniline, 3 to 8 parts of sodium hydroxide, 2 to 6 parts of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, 3 to 9 parts of glycerol, 3 to 9 parts of oxalic acid, 5 to 10 parts of dimethylacetamide and 12 to 20 parts of ethanol. The preparation method of the methyl mercaptan comprises the following steps: (1) preparing a pre-mixed solution; (2) obtaining a clear mixed solution; (3) standing for 12 to 48 hours in vacuum and sealing, thus obtaining the methyl mercaptan detection reagent. The methyl mercaptan detection agent has characteristics of sensitive reaction and high precision, effectively overcomes the problems in the prior art that the precision is poor, and the content of methyl mercaptan can be rapidly and efficiently detected.
