titleOfInvention Extraction method of hedyotis caudatifolia essential oil and application of hedyotis caudatifolia essential oil
abstract The invention discloses an extraction method of a hedyotis caudatifolia essential oil and an application of the hedyotis caudatifolia essential oil. With glechoma hedracea as a raw material, the essential oil is extracted through supercritical CO2 extraction; and the specific method comprises the following steps: drying hedyotis caudatifolia in the shade, crushing and sieving to obtain hedyotis caudatifolia powder; and putting the obtained powder into an extraction cylinder, carrying out circulating extraction, and carrying out decompressive analysis through a separation kettle, wherein the analyzed substance is the hedyotis caudatifolia essential oil. The extraction method has the advantages of being simple to operate, multiple in chemical components of a product, good in appearance, color and luster, and high in extraction amount; and through pharmacodynamics evaluation, the hedyotis caudatifolia essential oil has obvious effects of relieving a cough and reducing sputum, and can be used as a preference for preparing medicines of reducing sputum and relieving the cough.
