abstract | The invention discloses a method for extracting and purifying total saponins of cowherb seeds. The method comprises the following preparation processes: crushing taken dry cowherb seeds, and screening through a 20-60mesh sieve; weighing a certain amount of crude powder, and adding distilled water to soak the crude powder, wherein the weight-volume ratio of the distilled water to the crude powder is1 to (0.5-1); adding a biological enzyme which accounts for 0.1%-0.3% of weight of the crude powder, and carrying out enzymolysis; adding 60%-80% ethanol with a feed-liquid ratio of 1 to (1-3), carrying out ultrasonic extraction, filtering, collecting filtrate, and repeatedly extracting filter residues for 1-2 times; collecting an extract liquid, concentrating the extract liquid into 1/5 to 1/3 of original volume in vacuum, and collecting a concentrated liquid; adding diethyl ether, stirring, standing, layering, removing superstratum and collecting substratum; and purifying a lower solution by virtue of a high-speed countercurrent chromatography, collecting a target component according to the map, recovering a reagent, and drying in vacuum, so as to obtain the total saponins of the cowherb seeds. The method is efficient, fast, wide in application range and suitable for production of high-purity total saponins of the cowherb seeds. |
