titleOfInvention Method for transferring fluorinated graphene
abstract The invention discloses a method for transferring graphene. The method mainly includes: fluorinating a graphene sample; spin-coating PMMA; adopting an electrochemical method to strip the fluorinated graphene from an original substrate after drying; adopting a target substrate to fish up the fluorinated graphene; removing glue, and drying to complete the transferring process. Compared with existing transferring methods, the method has the advantages of being simple and convenient in equipment and process, high in controllability and low in cost, lays a good foundation for property exploration of the fluorinated graphene and machining of fluorinated graphene devices and is conducive to popularization, application and mass production.
