According to the method, the Ganmaoqingre granules are prepared from active pharmaceutical ingredients including 200 g of spica schizonepeta, 60 g of mint, 100 g of divaricate saposhnikovia root, 100 g of Chinese thorowax root, 60 g of perilla leaves, 100 g of kudzuvine root, 60 g of platycodon grandiflorus, 80 g of bitter apricot kernels, 60 g of dahurian angelica root, 200 g of bunge corydalis herb and 160 g of reed rhizome through supercritical extraction, microwave extraction and filtering by a microporous filter membrane, and the content of the effective ingredients is increased greatly. The invention further provides an application of the Ganmaoqingre granules in preparation of a drug for inhibiting cell proliferation of the human lymphoma cell U-937. |
