titleOfInvention | Fibrinogen detection method |
abstract | The present invention relates to the technical field of blood coagulation function tests, particularly to a fibrinogen detection method, which comprises: sequentially adding a solid-phase reagent and a platelet inhibitor to a fibrinogen base agent; quantitatively sub-loading a fibrinogen activation reagent into a sample cup, and placing the obtained sample cup into a penicillin bottle; adhering the fibrinogen activation reagent onto the bottom of the sample cup; carrying out capping sealing operation on the penicillin bottle; taking the sample cup out from the penicillin bottle, and placing into the cup groove of a thromboelastogram instrument; adding the collected whole blood sample into the sample cup; and starting the thromboelastogram instrument to perform fibrinogen function detection on the whole blood sample. With the application of the fibrinogen detection method of the present invention in clinical tests, the operation is easy, and the accuracy of the detection result is high. |
