The door is formed by a door body, a driving motor, a slide way and a control system, and the slide way is made through the following steps: sequentially putting pig iron, chromium-iron alloy, rare earth alloy, tungsten steel, lime, vanadium ingots, manganese ingots, zirconium blocks and borax in an induction furnace, heating, carrying out heat insulation, adding magnesium-aluminum alloy, titanium ingots, carbon powder and silicon powder, heating, and carrying out heat insulation to obtain an alloy liquid; casting the alloy liquid, carrying out heat treatment, carrying out salt bath quenching, and carrying out air cooling until room temperature to obtain a second slide way blank; washing the second slide way blank, drying, and carrying out coarsening treatment to obtain a third slide way blank; and carrying out alloy transition layer plasma spraying on the surface of the third slide way blank, and spraying a ceramic layer to obtain the retractable door slide way. Raw materials of the ceramic layer comprise nanometer alumina, nanometer zirconia, nanometer ytterbium oxide and short carbon fibers according to a mass ratio of 95-110:85-100:5-6:6-7. |
