abstract | The invention relates to an extraction method of liquidambar formosana leaf volatile oil. The extraction method of liquidambar formosana leaf volatile oil comprises following steps: liquidambar formosana leaves are dried in the shade and are smashed; obtained powder is sieved using a sieve of 20 meshes; 1 to 3% of a compound enzyme is added, and 0.5 to 1 time of an acetic acid/sodium acetate buffer solution with a pH value ranging from 4.0 to 5.0 is sprayed until an obtained material can be made into balls with hands, and the obtained material is subjected to fermentation for 3 to 5 days at 40 to 50 DEG C; a fermentation product is delivered into a double-frequency ultrasonic extractor, 4 to 5 times of 50 to 60% ethanol solution is added, extraction is carried out for 2 to 3h at 40 to 60 DEG C, filtering is carried out, and an obtained filtrate is subjected to vacuum concentration; an obtained concentrated solution is subjected to extraction with an organic solvent, drying with anhydrous sodium sulfate, and vacuum concentration so as to obtain the liquidambar formosana leaf volatile oil. The extraction method is simple, technical effect is excellent, destroy of the structure of the liquidambar formosana leaf volatile oil is reduced, and the extraction method is suitable for large scale production. |
