The treatment steps include: drying pyracantha fortuneana leaves in the shade, performing crushing, conducting sieving by a 40mesh sieve, adding a 50-60% ethanol solution that is 3-5 times the weight of the raw materials, carrying out continuous countercurrent ultrasonic extraction under 50-60DEG C and 40KHz for 2-3h, then performing solid-liquid separation to obtain the extracted liquid, extracting the extracted liquid by an organic solvent 2-3 times, merging the extract liquid, performing drying with anhydrous sodium sulfate, and conducting vacuum concentration, thus obtaining the pyracantha fortuneana leaf volatile oil. The method provided by the invention can effectively improve the extraction rate of pyracantha fortuneana leaf volatile oil and reduce the solvent dosage, the process is simple, the reaction conditions are mild, and the extracted pyracantha fortuneana leaf volatile oil product has good quality. |
