The paint comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 80-120 parts of trimellitie anhydride, 40-80 parts of cuprous oxide, 20-30 parts of tributyltin methacrylate, 50-80 parts of vinyl butyl ether, 30-60 parts of iron oxide red, 10-50 parts of propyl p-hydroxybenzoate, 20-70 parts of antimony trioxide, 15-55 parts of polyurethane, 30-75 parts of isocyanate and 5-15 parts of methylethylketone. The preparation method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing the components, heating to 40-45 DEG C, adding the iron oxide red, propyl p-hydroxybenzoate, antimony trioxide, polyurethane, isocyanate and methylethylketone, and uniformly mixing. The trimellitie anhydride antifouling paint has the advantages of favorable stability, high initial viscosity and stable performance, and the viscosity is basically unchanged after half a year. |
