titleOfInvention | Avicularin preparation method |
abstract | The present invention discloses an avicularin preparation method with characteristics of simple operation and low pollution. The method comprises: (1) taking polygonumaviculare, crushing, adding an acidic aqueous solution and biological enzyme, uniformly stirring, carrying out enzymolysis for 1-5 h, carrying out cold leaching extraction 2-3 times with a 70-90% ethanol solution, carrying out pressure reducing concentration on the extracting solution, filtering the concentrated solution, adjusting the PH value to 1-4, carrying out placing crystallization, and dissolving the crystal with hot water and re-crystallizing 2-3 times to obtain a crude extract; and (2) separating the crude extract through a high-speed countercurrent chromatograph, carrying out online monitoring through an ultraviolet detector, collecting the fractions, and carrying out pressure reducing drying so as to obtain the finished product. With the application of the method of the present invention to prepare the avicularin, the obtained product has the high purity, and the method is suitable for industrial production. |
