abstract | The invention provides a scale-removal agent for a shaping sleeve water path cleaning machine. The scale-removal agent comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 28-40 parts of hydrolytic polymaleic anhydride, 6.5-9.5 parts of sulphamic acid, 5-40 parts of hydrochloric acid, 10-30 parts of phosphoric acid and 15-55 parts of water. According to the scale-removal agent, utilized hydrolytic polymaleic anhydride has relatively high stability and temperature tolerance, has an obvious a threshold effect when the pH value of circulating cooling water is 8.0, can be chelated with calcium ions and magnesium ions in water and has lattice distortion capacity, so that the liquidity of sludge is improved, and a scale-removal effect is achieved; by virtue of utilized sulphamic acid which is free from toxicity, the corrosion caused to equipment is lower than that caused by other inorganic acids, an oxidation layer on the metal surface can be effectively removed, hard water scale can be effectively dissolved, compounds which are extremely easily dissolved in water are generated, and the scale-removal effect is achieved; utilized hydrochloric acid is low in cost and can be used for removing the scale without heating; phosphoric acid can be used for removing the scale, and a passivation layer can be formed to play a corrosion inhibition role. |
