titleOfInvention | Herba houttuyniae volatile oil extraction method |
abstract | The invention discloses a herba houttuyniae volatile oil extraction method. The method includes the steps that herba houttuyniae is dried in shade and smashed and passes a 40-mesh screen; cellulose about 0.2-0.5% of the weight of herba houttuyniae powder is dissolved in a citric acid/sodium citrate buffer solution with the pH value being 4.0-5.0, and the obtained solution is sprayed in the herba houttuyniae powder, stirred, sealed and fermented at the temperature of 40-50 DEG C for 5-7 days; the fermented raw materials are added into 3-fold to 5-fold distilled water, extraction is carried out through a microwave and steam distillation method, an upper-layer oil phase is collected after complete extraction, anhydrous sodium sulfate is used for drying the upper-layer oil phase, suction filtration is performed, and herba houttuyniae volatile oil is obtained. The method has the advantages that the technology is simple, quick and efficient, energy consumption is low, the extraction rate is high, and product quality is good. |
