titleOfInvention | Method for cultivating nutritious bean sprout by aid of aqueous solution of minerals |
abstract | The invention relates to a method for cultivating nutritious bean sprout by the aid of aqueous solution of minerals. By the aid of the method, the problem of low mineral content of existing bean sprout mainly can be solved. The method includes steps of 1), preparing bean sprout soaking base solution with 90-95% of water and 5-10% of natural ore grains, to be more specific, smashing natural ore to obtain the grains, soaking the smashed natural ore grains in the water according to proportions for 1 hour and filtering the smashed natural ore grains and the water to obtain the soaking base solution; 2), soaking seeds of food materials in the prepared bean sprout soaking base solution, to be more specific, stirring the seeds of the food materials in the bean sprout soaking base solution, simultaneously fishing sundries floating on the surface of the bean sprout soaking base solution, washing and soaking the seeds of the food materials for half an hour, then draining waste solution, and soaking the cleaned seeds of the food materials in a container filled with the bean sprout soaking base solution; 3), enabling the seeds of the food materials to germinate, to be more specific, keeping the temperatures of 22-25 DEG C unchanged, spraying water once on the seeds of the food materials every 6 hours on the first day, spraying water on the seeds of the food materials every four hours on the second day and the third day, spraying water on the seeds of the food materials every 2 hours on the fourth day and harvesting the bean sprout when the lengths of the sprout reach 5-10 centimeters. The method for cultivating the nutritious bean sprout by the aid of the minerals has the advantages that the bean sprout is extremely high in mineral content, free of toxic and harmful substances and difficult to bend and is crisp and tender. |
