titleOfInvention | Laminate-type polyvinyl chloride-based tile with inorganic protective coating, and coating method therefor |
abstract | The invention provides a laminate-type, maintenance-free polyvinyl chloride-based tile with an inorganic protective coating and a coating method therefor. This laminate-type polyvinyl chloride-based tile is a laminate-type tile which comprises a polyvinyl chloride-based tile and an inorganic protective coating layer formed on the surface thereof and in which the pencil hardness of the top layer is 10H or higher and the warpage of the tile after the formation of the coating layer is 1mm or less. The laminate-type polyvinyl chloride-based tile with an inorganic protective coating combines: advantages of a ceramic tile, namely, high long-term gloss retention due to high hardness and abrasion resistance, and environmental feasibility (freeness from wastewater treatment); and advantages of a polyvinyl chloride-based tile, namely, inexpensiveness, versatility (application to all stores including new, refurbished and existing stores), application to the upper floors, improvement of walking comfortableness, avoidance of falling accidents, and long-term retention of beautiful appearance. |
