titleOfInvention Plug-in control gel electrolyte lithium empty electric pile and preparation method thereof
abstract A plug-in control gel electrolyte lithium empty electric pile includes a lithium empty electric pile shell, a plurality of positive electrode card slots and negative electrode card slots are alternately arranged on the bottom of the lithium empty electric pile shell, a battery positive electrode is mounted in the positive electrode card slots in the plug-in manner, the battery positive electrode comprises a stainless steel gas chamber and diffusion electrodes which are arranged in a diffusion electrode card slot in the plug-in manner, wherein the diffusion electrode card slot is on one side of the gas chamber, a battery negative electrode is mounted in the negative electrode card slots in the plug-in manner, and a gel polymer electrolyte is filled in the lithium empty electric pile shell; the positive electrode and the negative electrode of the empty electric pile are prepared, the gel polymer electrolyte of the empty electric pile is prepared, the gel polymer electrolyte is fully filled in the lithium empty electric pile shell, and the battery negative electrode and the battery positive electrode are successively arranged, from left to right, in the negative electrode card slots and the positive electrode card slots in the plug-in manner for assemble of the plug-in control gel electrolyte lithium empty electric pile. The advantage is that: the lithium empty electric pile can replace a failure electrode in due time, and the electrolyte is stable in performance, so that the lithium empty electric pile can work continuously, and the service life of the lithium empty electric pile can be prolonged.
