titleOfInvention Methanol recovery batch distillation technology
abstract The invention relates to a methanol recovery batch distillation technology. The technology comprises 1, feeding a methanol recovery liquid into the middle of a rectifying tower from a material storage tank, wherein tower top operation pressure is in a range of 0.85-1.1MPa, a tower top temperature is in a range of 90-140 DEG C and a tower bottom operation temperature is in a range of 145-180 DEG C, 2, discharging methanol from the top of the rectifying tower, carrying out condensation by a condenser, feeding the condensate into a return tank, returning a part of the methanol as rectifying tower reflux to the tower top by the reflux pump, collecting the rest of the methanol and feeding the rest of the methanol into a finished product collection tank, 3, feeding a rectifying tower bottom solution containing methanol into a reboiler, conveying heating steam of a steam source by a steam pipe, transmitting liquid level information of the reboiler to a ball valve and a flowmeter by a liquid level sensor through a signal processor and carrying out real-time control of a heating steam amount, and 4, discharging tower bottom waste water from the bottom of the rectifying tower and feeding the tower bottom waste water into a waste liquid recovery tank.
