titleOfInvention Alkali-free liquid setting accelerator
abstract The invention discloses an alkali-free liquid setting accelerator which comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 48-58% of aluminum sulfate octadecahydrate, 3-5% of calcium fluoride, 1.5-3.5% of organic alkylol amine, 0.2-0.5% of cellulose, 0.2-0.5% of high-molecular polymer, 3-6% of soil mineral and the balance of water. The new materials and new formula are adopted to lower the rare material waste generated by resilience, enhance the durability and later strength of the concrete and eliminate the injuries of the environmental pollution and traditional setting accelerator to the human body. The alkali-free liquid setting accelerator is beneficial to improving the coal mine working environment and enhancing the occupational health level, and has important economic benefit, environmental benefit and social benefit for development of mining industry in China.
