titleOfInvention | A kind of stannic disulfide/titanium dioxide composite photocatalyst and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses a kind of stannic disulfide/titanium dioxide composite photocatalyst, the precursor liquid prepared by stannic disulfide powder and butyl titanate is made through hydro-thermal reaction, wherein, the mass ratio of titanium dioxide and stannic disulfide is 1:20~100, the size of the composite photo-catalyst is controllable, and stannic disulfide is hexagonal nano sheet, and titania nanoparticles are more equably supported on above, and the photocatalyst material has higher photo catalytic reduction efficiency to the potassium bichromate in water body. The invention also discloses the preparation method of the catalyst, including:A. stannic disulfide powder is prepared with stannic chloride pentahydrate and thiocarbamide, b. mixes obtained stannic disulfide powder with butyl titanate, prepares precursor liquid, and c. heats obtained precursor liquid hydro-thermal, is made. The present invention enormously simplify preparation process, reduce the difficulty to process parameter control, so as to realize the extensive preparation of stannic disulfide/titanium dioxide composite photocatalyst. |
