The preparation method comprises adding a tackifier with a certain concentration and a pore forming agent into a water-soluble thermosetting high-molecular resin as a film forming liquid with a certain concentration, carrying out resin gelation by acid addition or heating methods, and carrying out curing treatment so that the film forming liquid forms a uniform film on the surface of a porous base material and the composite filtering membrane is prepared. The composite filtering membrane has good mechanical properties, good chemical stability, synthesis controllability and good hydrophilicity. The used polymer resin is an environmentally friendly film forming material and widens a glue application field.
